I just have to write and thank you for helping make our Alaska cruise vacation such a special experience.  You were very professional in your dealings with our group of 13 adults who were coming in from all over the US.  We appreciated that you were always prompt to respond to all of our many questions and fully researched those for which you did not have instant answers.  Your total vacation planning expertise was so evident from the moment we contacted you about a possible Alaskan cruise and continued once we booked with your periodic updates, notifications of when decisions needed to be made, tips and ideas to consider, and reminding those of us that sometimes forgot to do things like complete our online registration with the cruise line :)

Your recommendation on the pre night hotel stay prior to boarding the cruise was excellent.  It was wonderful to all be at the same hotel the night before the cruise and then to wake up and have our luggage taken care of for us.  All we had to do was enjoy a relaxing breakfast and then board the shuttle to the port for check-in.  Your recommendation regarding our cabin category and locations was “right on”.   As you know, several of us were celebrating special occasions on the cruise and we were delighted to see the special touches in our cabins that you arranged for.  Thanks for making us all smile!!!

I have been booking Disney trips with Annette for the past 3 years. All I need to do is tell her what I would like to do and she takes care of the rest. Want to do breakfast at Cinderella’s castle? She takes care of it. No need for me to be on the phone to Disney at dawn 90 days before my trip with my fingers crossed in hopes of getting this popular breakfast. I simply slept in and let Annette take care of it all. It was all easy and hassle free. I receive constant updates and tips as my trips get closer, which also gets me excited that my vacation is approaching. Have a question? Annette gets back to me with the answer almost immediately. I would have to say Annette puts the word 'Dream' in every vacation she helps me plan! By using Annette I can now start my vacation before my vacation, stress free and relaxed!

On one trip I was celebrating my birthday on the Disney Magic, waiting in my stateroom upon arrival was a Happy Birthday banner and a cake with a card from Annette! What more could you ask for from a Friend, oh wait this is my Travel Agent! This is just an example of that little something extra Annette adds to all trips she helps plan that make you feel special. This year we weren't sure if we were going for 7 days or 10. Our Vacation Planner was great when we kept bouncing back & forth with the dates & never gave up. FYI, Going through Disney directly was a total DISASTER! I called for a price quote and without my consent the agent there booked the trip & sent us a bill a week later. He also quoted us the price for a 7 day trip & said it was for 10 days...even after I questioned the rates & double checked the dates he had. I couldn't believe it. Thank goodness they didn't have any payment info or we would have been in the middle of a real mess. So as far as communication goes my Vacation Planner has them beat by a mile. She LISTENED to what we wanted and no matter how man times we changed our minds she got it right. She has made the planning so easy and by watching the specials for Disney Visa card holders she has saved us over $700.00 on this years trip alone with the free dining option. She never fails to notify us of any changes & she has always made sure that we got exactly what we wanted as far as tickets and reservations go. It also makes me feel a lot better to book everything through her so it would all be covered under the same insurance policy in case of any future problems. Bottom line is I will never use anyone else to book our Disney vacations!

You have a real winner with her as part of your company and I hope you make her Employee of the Century as far as your Disney trips go. Just make sure she gets her own set of golden mouse ears and send me a picture of it! Thank you for having a company with agents like her that really make people feel good about planning a Disney vacation instead of having to deal with the horror of every little detail. It makes the trip so much more enjoyable!

 

Regardless of whether we are talking about a cruise, Las Vegas, or Disneyland, Beci is always responsive and has the knowledge and expertise that we value so much in making our travel decisions. Planning travel is the hardest part of actually doing it. When we work with Beci, this is not only easy but pleasant. We are planning another trip right now and rest easy knowing that we have all of accurate information we'll need to make decisions! It is impossible to adequately express our feelings for Beci & her travel company in only a couple of sentences. Being on the east coast it might seem strange to have a travel agent on the west coast, not to us. From the 1st second I found Beci through one of her ads we have counted ourselves very fortunate. I have yet to find a travel agent that is more on the ball, wants to make sure you have a great vacation, is totally knowledgeable about the services she organizes and is also available at any time for questions. Beci is our travel agent right now and we know that she will be our travel agent for many years to come. You will be well served to give Beci and her team a call with your travel / cruise plans.

We are an older couple that had never been on a cruise until 2002. Our son and his wife and children asked us to join them on a Disney cruise. Beci Mahnken was the travel agent that we used. We really never thought we would be able to afford a cruise, but much to our surprise cruises are very affordable! Everything turned out wonderful on our trip, and needless to say we are hooked on cruises. We have been on two other cruises since then and are preparing for a trip to Disney World in a few weeks. Who is our travel agent? Beci, of course! We are very pleased with the way she handles our plans. She is very friendly, helpful and informative. I would be glad to give her name and refer her company to any of our friends, and as a matter of fact, I gave it to two other couples this week.

Beci is a super travel agent.  She does her best to come up with exactly what you want for a wonderful vacation.

Beci was so superb in all the arrangements for our Walt Disney World trip. I was taken back at how well the whole trip went and she had a lot to do with that. It gives me great pleasure in referring anyone to her and her compny as I know she will take very good care of you.

I first contacted Michelle to book a cruise for my family after having an unpleasant experience with one of those large travel corporations. Michelle is a breath of fresh air to work with. She is extremely professional in handling the details and always communicates the progress as the plans evolve. Michelle had booked four additional cruises for us and all were problem free.....that's the service travelers are looking for.

I first contacted Beci several years ago when I found out she lived in my town and was a travel agent who specialized in cruising and Disney – two of my favorite pastimes. I liked her from the very start because she’s so friendly and upbeat. Nothing is a problem for her, not even a picky client such as myself and is always concerned that I get the cruise that’s exactly right for me. She must be taking notes because she has a good idea exactly what I and my family will like and makes recommendations based on that. Beci will research cruises for you, if that’s what you want, or if you’re a planner like me you can find your own cruise and tell her the one you want. Having taken a number of cruises and done extensive research into cruising, cruise ships and cruise lines I can tell you that Beci is very knowledgeable. I recommend her to all my friends because she gives such good service and goes the extra mile.

We’ve always been pleased to find a sail away gift from her in our stateroom and when we come back from a cruise, we always find a thank you note in the mail. Even though ours is technically a business relationship I consider Beci a good friend. I know when I cruise in the future I will always call Beci to make the arrangements. I don’t know if Beci will always be able to get me the lowest price, but personally, I value service over the lowest price and Beci’s service is the best.

Planning our Disney trip was so easy and convenient with the help of Beci Mahnken! Beci always had the answers to all of our questions or got the answers for us quickly. She was always very easy to get in touch with, whether it be by e-mail or phone. I normally book my air myself, but knew that a special trip to Disneyland required expertise I didn't have. Beci made the planning for this trip completelyeffortless! She had ideas on activities we hadn't thought of, like character breakfasts, that were a huge hit with the kids. When we needed to make a few last minutes changes, Beci was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Disneyland is known for their tremendous customer service, and they truly deliver. Beci matches - if not exceeds - Disney in the level of customer service she provided to us for our trip. I've been Annette's client for 2 years, and she's been such a key part of my dearly held Disney vacations, that I feel like I've known her for a lifetime. I'm sure you're expecting me to tell you all that Annette has done for me to make my vacation experiences special. But instead, I want to tell you about what she didn't do for me! Confused? From the beginning, Annette recognized that I was uncomfortable "letting go of the reins" of my travel planning. Perhaps the best way I can convince you of how much I trust Annette, and how impressed I am by her knowledge and abilities as a vacation planner is to let you in on a little "secret." My experience with Annette inspired me to want to create magical vacation experiences for others beyond just my friends and family.
