Four Guests maximum, plus one child under age 3 in a crib. Studios feature kitchenette with microwave oven, under-counter refrigerator, wet bar, coffee maker, ceiling fan, TV and hair dryer. One queen-size bed and double-sized sleeper sofa, private porch or balcony.

One-Bedroom Villa:
Four Guests maximum, plus one child under age 3 in a crib. Features all the amenities of a studio room, plus a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV in each room with DVD in the living room. Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub and hair dryer. Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Private porch or balcony.

Two-Bedroom Villa:
Eight Guests maximum, plus one child under age 3 in a crib. Features all the amenities of a studio room, plus a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV in each room with DVD in the living room. Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub and hair dryer. Additional bedroom offers private bath with hair dryer and two queen-size beds. Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Private porch or balcony.

Grand Villa:
Twelve Guests maximum, plus one child under age 3 in a crib. This three-bedroom/four-bath Grand Villa features all the amenities of a studio room, plus a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV in each room with DVD in the living room. Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub and hair dryer. Second level features two additional bedrooms with a private bath with hair dryer. Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Private porch or balcony.
